Game Guarantee
Every team plays a minimum of three pool games before the bracket.
Championship Rings
One team leaves as state champion with rings, presented on the field Sunday afternoon.
Teams Play Sunday
Top two from every pool advance to the single-elimination bracket.
The Format
Thirty-two teams. Eight pools of four. Pool play runs Friday and Saturday, then the top two from every pool advance to a 16-team single-elimination bracket on Sunday. Games are 75 minutes, the bracket is cross-pool so nobody sees a pool opponent before the final, and the championship is played Sunday afternoon with rings on the line.
